Donegal North East T.D. Niall Blaney says he’s hopeful that funding to bring the proposed Letterkenny Link Road to planning stage will be approved in the coming weeks.
Deputy Blaney met Transport Minister Noel Dempsey this afternoon to discuss the need for the road.
Deputy Blaney says he discussed the importance of the road alongside the N2/A5 project, and warned that if the Derry route goes ahead without a link to Letterkenny, then the town will be at a seriouas disadvantage……….
