Donegal South West by-election to be held this month

The Government has confirmed it will hold the Donegal South-West bye-election forthwith and the writ will be moved straight away.
Fianna Fail Chief Whip John Curran  said he expects the bye-election will be over by the end of this month.
The High Court ruled this morning there has been an unreasonable delay by the Government in moving the writ for the Donegal South-West bye-election.
The government has also confirmed it is to appeal that ruling to the Supreme Court
