Donegal cyclist Philip Deignan is set to move to the Lance Armstrong led Team Radioshack in 2011. The 27-year-old made the headlines last year when he won a stage and finished ninth overall in the Vuelta a España. This season the Letterkenny rider has struggled with a virus and ended his season with the Team Cervélo Test by withdrawing from the Vuelta midway through the race in September. It will be a big move for Deignan who is now working his way back to full fitness ahead of next years campaign.
