Officials from the Donegal International Rally are attending a memorial service on Sunday afternoon following the death of one of their competitors yesterday.
Thomas Maguire was co-driving a car which crashed during a race yesterday afternoon.
Mr Maguire from Longwood, Co Meath, was a co-driver in a car which crashed on a bad bend between Fanad and Ramelton,  Co Donegal, at around 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were at the scene within minutes but they were unable to save him.
The driver of the car was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital where he is in a critical condition.
