Pre-Christian skeletal remains which went missing after being found in Gweedore at the weekend have been recovered.
It’s emerged an unidentified person removed them because he was concerned about people in the area. Other items, reportedly found in the same area, have also been returned.
Caroline Carr, from the Donegal Museum, confirmed they recieved the bones in the past few hours, but is not sure who it is that has returned them…..
