Dermott Molloy is comforted by Cillian Morrison after Saturday night's All-Ireland U-21 final defeat.

Donegal missed a penalty in stoppage time to lose a dramatic All-Ireland U21 final at Breffni Park in Cavan on Saturday Evening. Dublin dominated the early stages but Michael Murphy netted just before the break to give the Ulster Champions a 1-4 to 0-6 half-time advantage. David Quinn’s goal on 47 minutes put Dublin in front and they stayed ahead going into injury time. Donegal were awarded a penalty after a foul on Cillian Morrison but captain Murphy struck the crossbar.
Jim McGuinness says Donegal were not at 100 per cent for Saturday’s heartbreaking final loss due to a virus which had raged through the camp. The Donegal Manager spoke to Myles Gallagher on Sunday Sport.
