Strabane man charged with breaching risk of sexual harm orders

A 25-year-old man is to stand trial at Derry Crown Court charged with breaching two interim risk of sexual harm orders.
Paul James Lomas, from Ballycolman Estate in Strabane, is alleged to have committed the offences on 29 May 2009.
He is accused of associating with people under the age of 18 without the approval of social services and by possessing a mobile phone.
He was released on continuing bail until his trial starts in May.
In court on Monday, Lomas pleaded guilty to three other charges of assaulting police and to one of driving without insurance and driving while disqualified.
