The death has taken place at Altnagelvin Hospital of Patricia O`Hagan
26 Olympic Drive, Strabane.
Remains reposing at her home this evening, Saturday 25th February from 8p.m.
Funeral leaving her home on Monday February 27th at 11.25a.m. for Requiem Mass in St Mary`s Church, Melmount at 12 noon.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
