Tyrone Captain Mattie Donnelly is set to miss the entirety of Tyrone’s National Football League campaign, following a tendon injury that is set to sideline him for the next six months.
Donnelly suffered the hamstring injury while playing for his club Trillick during their Ulster Club Football Championship quarter-final matchup with Derrygonnelly.
He will also be in a race against time to recover for the start of Tyrone’s Ulster Championship campaign against Donegal next May.
