Minister to bring budget memo to Cabinet today

 

The Finance Minister is to bring a memo to Cabinet today outlining his approach to this year’s budget.
It’s expected Minister Pascal Donohoe could tell Ministers whether the budget will be prepared on the basis of a no-deal Brexit.
Minister Donohoe has indicated in the past that he would make a judgement call in the run up to October’s budget on whether it would be framed by the UK getting a deal or not.
