The Speaker of the House of Commons has blocked her EU withdrawal deal from being voted on again as it is.
John Bercow says if the UK Prime Minister’s agreement comes back without substantial change, it would breach parliamentary rules.
Downing Street had suggested it would be voted on again this week, if it could get enough support:
