N13 closed outbound from Letterkenny with vehicle on fire

Motorists are being advised that the dual carriageway outbound from Letterkenny to the Manor roundabout is closed.
There are reports of a vehicle on fire on the road.
No one is believed to be injured, and Gardaí are asking motorists to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
