A new survey has found that Brexit will have a huge impact on house prices in 2019, particularly in counties such as Donegal.
ON average prices could rise could rise by 4.2 percent next year, according to research carried out by Real Estate Alliance, but they are warning that a hard Brexit would take Ireland ‘into the unknown,’ potentially causing house prices to remain static or even fall in many areas instead.
