N56 closed between Dunlewy and Crolly follow serious crash

A section of the N56 between Dunlewy and Crolly has been closed to traffic following a serious road traffic collision.
Emergency services are on scene and motorists are being advised to that the road will remain closed for some time, diversions are expected to be in place shortly.
Gardaí are advising people to avoid the area if possible and use analternative route
