Investigation continuing after historic Lifford building vandalised


Investigations are continuing after significant damage was caused to Lifford Old Courthouse over the weekend.
A number of windows were smashed and a window pane broken on Saturday night in what Gardai are investigating as criminal damage.
Staff were met with the scenes of destruction upon returning to work yesterday morning.
Lifford Old Courthouse board member, Councillor Gary Doherty has been condemning the incident.
He says vandalism against such historic buildings in the county will not be accepted:
