Reports suggest Abbott to create 200 new jobs in Donegal

It’s reported this morning that 200 new jobs could be on the way to Donegal.
Abbott Ireland is reported to be expanding its Diabetes Care facility at Lurganboy near Donegal Town.
The investment would double the workforce to 400, according to the Sunday Times.
The company describes the Donegal plant as a center of excellence for blood glucose monitoring, manufacturing Abbotts’ FreeStyle blood glucose test strips and monitoring meters.
