The GAA Programme in association with Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure, is broadcast every Wednesday from 8.30pm – 9pm.
On this week’s programme, Ardara official John McConnell and Donegal manager Declan Bonner pay tribute to former Donegal goalkeeping coach Pat Shovelin who was laid to rest on Tuesday.
Pat, who was just 41, finally lost his nine month battle with a rare form of cancer at the weekend.
The late Pat Shovelin played reserve football for Ardara, but he had in recent years built a reputation as one of the top goalkeeping coaches in the country.
He was the goalkeeping coach to the 2012 Donegal All-Ireland winning team.
