Storm Ophelia: People urged only to attend LUH in case of emergency

 
 
 

The Manager of Letterkenny University Hospital is urging people to only attend the hospital today in the case of a real emergency.
It comes as all outpatient appointments at the hospital have been cancelled for today.
The Emergency Department remains open 24/7 and the Acute Assessment Unit is operational.
Manager Sean Murphy says it’s not yet clear how much of an impact the storm will have in Donegal and is asking patients to seek an alternative solution where possible:
