The Irish Natura and Hill Farmers Association is calling for a potential €5m under-spend in the Sheep Welfare Scheme to be targeted at the hill sheep sector.
Donegal Spokesperson Henry O’Donnell says they flagged this when the scheme was first being discussed, and will now be asking the minister for a firm commitment…………
