LUH once again the most overcrowded in the country

Letterkenny University Hospital is once again the most overcrowded in the country.
Latest INMO figures show 38 people awaiting admission at the hospital this morning, 18 of them on Emergency Department trolleys. That’s up from yesterday’s figure of 31, which saw the Full Capacity Protocol implemented.
Nationally, there were 411 people awaiting in-patient beds this morning.
