Ryan Adams played Black Hole Sun Friday night in honour of Chris Cornell’s passing

As the music world comes to terms with Chris Cornell’s passing, he leaves behind an incredible discography – both from his time with Soundgarden, right up to Audioslave and his own solo work as well.
Friday night in Auckland, New Zealand, Ryan Adams added Black Hole Sun to the setlist and managed to put his own twist on the show while still maintaining Soundgarden’s grunge vibe to it. Of course, if anyone was going to make a decent fist of Black Hole Sun, it’s Ryan Adams.
Take a look.
