Chris Pratt uses sign language to apologise for offending fans who are hard of hearing

It’s really hard not to love Chris Pratt.
Not only is he one of the most likeable stars on the planet right now but he also seems to genuinely care about his fans. Case in point being one of his latest Instagram videos in which he used sign language to apologise to fans who are hard of hearing after he felt he may have offended them in a previous post.
“I made a video recently with subtitles, and requested that people turn up the volume and not just “read the subtitles” it was so people wouldn’t scroll past the video on mute, thus watching and digesting the information in the video. HOWEVER, I realize now doing so was incredibly insensitive to the many folks out there who depend on subtitles.” Pratt wrote in the caption.

Pratt also called on Instagram to automatically make subtitles available for their videos.
“I’ve made them lord knows how much money with my videos and pictures. Essentially sharing myself for free. I know they profit. So… GET ON IT INSTAGRAM!!! Put closed captioning on your app.”
