Man in early 20s charged with various drug offences in Derry

 
Detectives from Reactive and Organised Crime Branch have charged a 22-year-old man with cultivating cannabis, possessing Class B controlled drug with intent to supply and possession of a Class B controlled drug.
He is expected to appear before Derry Magistrates Court on Wednesday 19 October.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
The charges are in connection with a search in the Waterside area of Derry on Friday, 22 September when Police seized cannabis plants worth approximately £16,000.
