Donegal Sports Partnership to host Coaching Programme for Jobseekers Initiative

Following completion of two successful Community Coaching Programmes in Finn Valley and Inishowen, Donegal Sports Partnership is now set to host a third programme in the Letterkenny area. The Sport Ireland initiative funded by Dormant Accounts will target the unemployed aged 18-35 years and run for seven weeks (4 days per week).
This programme will offer a combination of theory and practical workshops to participants; modules will include sport specific National Governing Bodies of Sport awards, communication & social media, job readiness skills, computer literacy and personal development.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical hands on experience in a community sport setting.
Feedback from the previous courses have been very positive with participants now equipped with the skills to further their career in sports coaching.
