Kenny Shiels urging fans to be heard tonight at the Brandywell against Shamrock Rovers

Derry City Support
There’s three games in the Airtricity League Premier Division this evening.
European qualification is very much at stake as fourth placed Derry City host third placed Shamrock Rovers at the Brandywell.
A Derry win would see the Candystrips move back into third with four games remaining in the season.
It’s Derry’s first home game in three weeks and Manager Kenny Shiels has urged Derry supporters to turn our in large number this evening saying they could make the difference.
He told the Derry City club website, “It’s been a long time since we’ve played at the Brandywell and the fans can really make a difference and I would ask them to come out and support us,” he added. “They have been fantastic all season and a packed Brandywell, as we have seen in games against Cork City and Galway United, can really lift the team. I would ask as many fans as possible to get to the game and let their voices be heard and hopefully they can roar us on to a good result.”
Second-placed Cork City will resume their pursuit of league leaders Dundalk. The Leesiders host Galway United at Turner’s Cross.
While at the Richmond Park, Sligo Rovers visit St. Pat’s.
All tonight’s games will kick-off at 7.45.
