McHugh to address the issues people face returning to Ireland

A lot of people returning to the country are facing a number of challenges in terms of high costs.
The New Minister for the Diaspora says he wants to make it easier for people to return to Ireland and give Irish born pensioners free travel.
Joe McHugh says it seems unfair that people who left Ireland have to pay the same high costs as tourists when they return.
The Junior Minister says he’s also instructed civil servants in his department to inject enthusiasm into the idea of holding a referendum, to give Irish abroad the right to vote in Presidential elections.
The Minister says he will be discussing how to make it easier for people coming back home to Ireland:
