Derry men James McClean and Eunan O’Kane both hope to be in the Ireland soccer squad at Euro 2016.
The pair were given a chance to impress in a friendly with Holland on Friday night, along with fellow Derry men Shane Duffy and Darron Gibson.
James, who was at Euro 2012, exclusively told Martin Holmes that everyone has been training frantically all week ahead of the 1-1 draw in Dublin so that they can book their place in the European Championships.
Bournmouth player Eunan said there is another big game on Tuesday and hopefully he will get another chance to impress and book his place on the plane for France.
He was asked about the game time that he got against Holland and told Martin Holmes for Highland Sport that it was not as much as he would have liked…
