Industrial action looms at Donegal Women’s Domestic Violence Service

ddvsIt’s being claimed that workers at Donegal Women’s Domestic Violence Service may be forced to take strike action.
IMPACT has confirmed that it is to conduct a ballot of it’s Union members after the decision was taken by management to cut the hours of workers.
Staff received letters informing them that from May 4th their hours would be cut.
IMPACT spokesperson Richy Carruthers claims management wrote to staff without holding any discussions:
