Chief Inspector says dissident republicans are to blame for Strabane devices

Chief Inspector Andy Lemon has said he is in no doubt that dissident republicans are behind the discovery of two suspicious objects in Strabane yesterday.
The first device discovered was deemed a hoax, while the second was viable but made safe and removed.
They were found in a search of the Ballycolman Estate which was triggered following a device being thrown at a patrol car the night previously.
