Coleman doubt for Ireland qualifiers

Seamus ColemanSeamus Colemann and James Mc Carthy have emerged as doubts for the Republic of Ireland’s European qualifiers against Gibraltar and Germany.
Coleman has been recovering from concussion and a hamstring injury while Mc Carthy has a quad muscle problem.
Both will not feature tonight in the Europa League for Everton and are unlikely to be part of the Toffee’s panel for Sunday’s game against Manchester United.
Everton Manager Roberto Martinez is considering asking Republic Manager Martin O’Neill not to select Coleman and McCarthy to have the issue’s cleared up by the return from the International break.
Coleman suffered concussion during Everton’s tie with Wolfsberg in the Europa League and has been troubled by the hamstring niggle since July.
Ireland play Gibraltar on Saturday 11th October in Dublin and then travel to Germany three days later.
