27-year-old man shot in Strabane

A 27-year-old man remains in hospital this morning after being shot in a punishment-style shooting in Strabane.
The victim, named locally as Michael Neeson from the Glebe, was targeted shortly after 7pm last night.
He was shot in both legs close to Gaelscoil by a gang of masked men.
Two men aged 29 and 20 have been arrested following the incident.
SDLP councillor Patsy Kelly described the shooting as a “barbaric assault on the victim and an attack on the entire community”…
