Strabane Council chairperson accuses Parades Commission of double standards

The Chair of Strabane District Council has criticised the Parades Commission for placing no restrictions on this weekend’s Apprentice Boys march in Castlerderg.
Saturday morning’s march has been granted unrestricted access through the mainly Nationalist Ferguson Crescent.
A second parade will take place Castlederg on Saturday evening.
Earlier this year restrictions were placed on a Republican commemoration which was held for IRA members who lost their lives during the conflict in Tyrone.
