The fall in Donegal house prices has slowed some what with a new survey finding that house prices in the second quater of 2013 were 10% lower than a year previously.
That compares to a fall of 13% seen in the year to mid-2012.
The average house price in the county is now €125,000, 54% below peak levels.
Commenting on the report, economist with Daft.ie Kieran Harte said there is a very big difference in the property market between urban and rural Ireland:
